- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans, then set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic, and black peppercorns.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves.
- Pack the green beans into sterilized jars.
- Pour the hot brine over the green beans, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the jars and let them cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes.
- These pickled beans can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
