A rich and creamy homemade Caesar salad dressing that elevates your greens with bold flavors, sans raw anchovies.
Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mayo (Vegan Mayo recommended)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1–2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and your food processor.
- Add garlic, mayo, Dijon mustard, mustard powder, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and black pepper to the processor (skip olive oil for now).
- Select the puree setting and blend until smooth.
- Drizzle in 1 tbsp olive oil slowly; adjust for creaminess.
- Taste and adjust olive oil or vinegar to your preference.
- Transfer to a container with a lid and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days.
Notes
Make ahead for deeper flavor. Customize by adding herbs or adjust with crushed red pepper for heat.
