Ingredients

  • 4 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the crumbled turkey bacon, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
