- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pineapple rings
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Optional: sliced red onion and mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple rings to the grill and cook until caramelized.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topping with a grilled pineapple ring, lettuce, and any additional toppings you desire.
