Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the diced ham and half of the cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare a greased 9×13 baking dish by spreading the frozen tater tots evenly in the bottom.
  5. Pour the ham mixture over the tater tots, distributing it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese for a gooey finish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving, if desired.
