- 2 cups cooked ham, diced

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the diced ham and half of the cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Prepare a greased 9×13 baking dish by spreading the frozen tater tots evenly in the bottom.
- Pour the ham mixture over the tater tots, distributing it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese for a gooey finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving, if desired.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the ham mixture a day in advance and store in the fridge. Customize by adding vegetables or spices.
