  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 12 tbsp milk (for icing)
  • Food coloring (orange and black)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla to the yeast mixture, then combine with the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar with milk and food coloring to create icing.
  10. Drizzle icing over the cooled rolls and decorate as desired.
