- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup green food coloring
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup red sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the green food coloring until well combined.
- Add the crushed peppermint candies and mini marshmallows, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle red sprinkles on top for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add more crushed peppermint candies.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- This fudge can be made ahead of time and stored for up to a week.
