- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Green food coloring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Red candy melts
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, egg, vanilla extract, and green food coloring.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool before glazing.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then dip the tops of the donuts in the glaze.
- Melt red candy melts and drizzle over the donuts.
- Top with mini marshmallows to create a festive look.
