- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the corn.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding lime juice or chili powder to the butter mixture.
- Make sure to soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling for a juicier result.
