Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

  • For a spicier kick, add more gochujang to the marinade.
