- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate cookie crust evenly.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream if desired.
Notes
