- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Drain the rigatoni and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Slice the steaks and serve them over the creamy rigatoni, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
- Feel free to substitute the rigatoni with your favorite pasta shape.
