- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package tortellini (about 9 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and remaining butter, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Drain the tortellini and combine with the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the tortellini and garnish with parsley.
