Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In a pot, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, heavy cream, chipotle sauce, and cheese; stir until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta shells and steak bites to the sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more chipotle sauce.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
