Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked lasagna noodles, shrimp mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
