Description

A delightful twist on a classic sandwich featuring crispy garlic bread and gooey melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Lay two slices of bread, butter-side down, on your skillet, and sprinkle half the cheese evenly over each slice.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, ensuring the butter side faces up.
  5. Heat your skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for about 4–5 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the sandwiches from the pan, slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispy exterior, consider cooking in an air fryer or baking in the oven.
