- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Lay two slices of bread, butter-side down, on your skillet, and sprinkle half the cheese evenly over each slice.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, ensuring the butter side faces up.
- Heat your skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for about 4–5 minutes per side.
- Remove the sandwiches from the pan, slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispy exterior, consider cooking in an air fryer or baking in the oven.
