- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, grapes)
- 1 cup prepared vanilla pudding
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the mixed fresh fruit in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the prepared vanilla pudding and gently fold it in to coat the fruit.
- Drizzle the lemon juice and honey over the fruit and lightly mix.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
- Garnish with mint leaves just before serving.
