- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat the French onion soup over medium heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the soup and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover until melted.
