Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and pineapple.
