A simple and delicious recipe for making Pineapple BBQ Chicken in a crockpot, perfect for busy days.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and pineapple.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve over rice or in sandwiches.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- This dish can be served with rice, in tacos, or on a bun.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
