- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot. Lay them flat and ensure they’re evenly spaced for consistent cooking.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken. Rub it in for even coating.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken to melt during cooking.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
This dish can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. For quicker cooking, use an Instant Pot.
