- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Blend the hulled strawberries, sugar, and water until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place in the freezer.
- Allow to freeze for about 2 hours or until starting to firm.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Scoop into bowls or cups and serve the sorbet.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. This sorbet can be stored in the freezer for up to a week.
