A quick and easy recipe for Dump and Bake Chicken Tzatziki that combines tender chicken with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to create the tzatziki sauce.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the tzatziki sauce over them.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with additional tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the tzatziki sauce for a few hours before baking.
- Serve with pita bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
