Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into triangles.
- Brush melted butter over each triangle.
- Sprinkle sugar on each dough triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide base into a tight spiral.
- Place the rolled dough into a greased muffin tin, standing upright.

- Fill with cream once slightly cooled.
