Description

  • Croissant Dough
  • Butter, melted
  • Sugar
  • Cream (for filling)
  • Optional: Powdered Sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into triangles.
  3. Brush melted butter over each triangle.
  4. Sprinkle sugar on each dough triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide base into a tight spiral.
  6. Place the rolled dough into a greased muffin tin, standing upright.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Fill with cream once slightly cooled.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For the best results, use room temperature butter and let dough come to room temperature before rolling.
