  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Oil for frying
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the cheesecake mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wonton over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
