- 1 cup deli meat (ham, turkey, or chicken), chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Optional: chopped fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl until smooth.
- Grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray, then layer the torn croissants evenly in the dish.
- Scatter the chopped deli meat and shredded cheese over the croissants.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers.
- Press down gently to allow the croissants to soak up the mixture.
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh herbs and serving warm.
