  • 1 cup deli meat (ham, turkey, or chicken), chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs (parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray, then layer the torn croissants evenly in the dish.
  4. Scatter the chopped deli meat and shredded cheese over the croissants.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers.
  6. Press down gently to allow the croissants to soak up the mixture.
  7. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
