Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate the sliced tofu in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the marinated tofu until crispy on both sides.
  4. In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, followed by the crispy tofu, and then the avocado slices.
  5. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
