Ingredients
- Dill pickle slices
- Seasoned breadcrumbs
- Cheese (pepper jack or cheddar)
- Oil (for frying)
- Ranch dressing or spicy aioli (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a frying pan until shimmering at around 350°F (175°C).
- Coat dill pickle slices in seasoned breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Fry the coated pickles for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing or spicy aioli for dipping.
Notes
You can swap dill pickles for bread-and-butter slices for a sweeter twist. Experiment with different cheeses!
