Instructions
- Rinse and cook the lentils until tender, then drain.

- Mash the mixture until well combined, then add flour to bind.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the falafel until golden brown on all sides.
- Assemble the wraps by placing falafel and vegetables in the wrap or pita bread.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or dressing.
