Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it with cooking oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them into thin shapes.
- Mist the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
