Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch mix (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 6 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl: chopped chicken, spinach, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and optional dry ranch seasoning. Stir until coated.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese down the center of each tortilla.
- Spread the chicken mixture in a wide strip along each tortilla.
- Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the other side to keep the filling tucked.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle to medium heat and add oil.
- Cook the wraps seam-side down for about 2-4 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Flip the wraps, spray or brush with oil, and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until crispy and warm.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve warm.
Notes
Make the filling a day in advance for convenience. You can also air fry or bake the wraps for a healthier option.
