- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach and artichokes to the skillet and cook until spinach is wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the spinach and artichoke mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the creamy mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
