A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, this creamy pumpkin version is perfect for fall celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Make sure the heavy cream is very cold for better whipping.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
