- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
