Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

- In a separate saucepan, combine cream, honey, black pepper, and salt. Heat until warm.
- Add the cooked macaroni and chicken to the cream mixture, stirring to combine.

- If desired, top with breadcrumbs and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
