- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
