Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
