- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
- Mix in cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
