Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through; remove from skillet and set aside.

  7. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  9. Mix in cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.
  10. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
