- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, minced garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
