- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the chicken: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, cooking until golden brown and no longer pink—around 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and slice it into strips.
- Add garlic: In the same pot, retain the residual oil and toss in the minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles, sliced carrots, and broccoli into the pot. Reduce heat and cook according to noodle directions.
- Stir in the heavy cream, return the sliced chicken, and season with salt and pepper.
- Ladle into bowls, garnishing with fresh green onions.

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
