- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
