A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce paired with tender garlic butter chicken bites.

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This dish can be made with shrimp instead of chicken for a seafood variation.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
