Delicious garlic bread stuffed with a savory crab and shrimp filling, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread to create space for the filling.
- Spread the crab and shrimp mixture evenly over the hollowed-out garlic bread.
- Place the stuffed garlic bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some Old Bay seasoning to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
