Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Fill the doughnut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let the doughnuts cool before glazing.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  9. Dip the cooled doughnuts in the glaze and top with additional crushed Oreos if desired.
