  • 500g chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a clay pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.

  6. Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
