Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the donuts are baking, prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, peach preserves, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Once the donuts are cooled, fill them with the peach cobbler cheesecake filling using a piping bag.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
