Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Pour pancake batter onto a hot griddle and swirl in the cinnamon mixture.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- For the drizzle, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Serve pancakes warm with cream cheese drizzle on top.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
