Ingredients

  • 4 packages (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over the cheesecake before serving.
