Ingredients

- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over the cheesecake before serving.

- Can be topped with whipped cream or additional cinnamon if desired.
