- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for coating)
- Butter (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture between two slices of bread to create a sandwich.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix the granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
- Once cooked, immediately coat the French toast in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
