- 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the chocolate pudding with milk according to package instructions.
- Layer the bottom of a baking dish with chocolate graham crackers.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of chocolate pudding, followed by a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding.
- Make sure to let the cake chill for the recommended time to allow the flavors to meld.
