- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cookie dough
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the cookie dough and chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Allow to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
Notes
Let cream cheese and eggs come to room temperature before mixing for a smoother filling. For the best flavor, chill the cheesecake overnight.
