Description

A rich and indulgent cheesecake combining creamy layers of cream cheese with chunks of cookie dough and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie dough
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
  7. Fold in the cookie dough and chocolate chips gently.
  8. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

Let cream cheese and eggs come to room temperature before mixing for a smoother filling. For the best flavor, chill the cheesecake overnight.
