- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the chili mixture and stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet; let it cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
